  I found Pam on Facebook and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. She is so amazing and her treatments are just wonderful. I have reflexology, lymphatic drainage and Indian head massage and I love all three and feel so much better after treatment. She is kind, patient and very knowledgeable.   I am so pleased I met Pam, what a truly wonderful lady she is. Firstly, I thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology treatment, really was a wonderful experience & very relaxing.   Oh my, where do I begin! I have just received my facial reflexology treatment. It was absolutely amazing. The tension in my neck released and the tension in my head dissipated all contributed by sitting at a desk working on a computer for 9 hours a day and from work and home life pressures. The treatment was so relaxing. The oils and creams Pam used smelt amazing contributing to the whole relaxing experience . Pam is such a beautiful soul and is a natural healer.   My feet were causing me constant pain before meeting Pam. She has done an amazing job taking the pain away.

  I highly recommend a new treatment being offered by Pam: Chi reflexology of the spine - it is dreamy especially if you have any back issues. I arrived for my treatment with a twinge in my lower back which had only developed that day. I was dreading the next day as I had an 8 hour car journey to endure. Pam worked her magic and I went home with no back pain, had a great nights sleep and no more twinges even after the long car journey! Do give it a try.

  Reflexology with Pam was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I left with a spring in my step and look forward to doing this again soon.

  I recently spent a wonderful hour and a half with Pam, whilst she performed an amazing reflexology lifting facial on me. I ve had all sorts of facials over the years and have been having Caci facials every month for over 10 years. Pam's lifting, energising facial made me feel like my face was doing a workout, but it was incredible relaxing at the same time... I actually dropped off at one point ! I can honestly say that it was amazing and I am now booked in for my next treatment.. which I can not wait for .. Thank you Pam x

  I have had four amazing treatments with Pam from Reflect Reflexology, both Reflexology and Reiki. She has helped me so much with muscle pain that has been niggling for over a year and also with sinus pressure and general wellbeing.   I had the most amazing treatment with Pam today. I went to her feeling quite grotty with a throbbing pain in my stomach and feeling quite poorly. She not only sorted out the pain and did some sterling work on draining my puffy, swollen legs and feet, but I got home, went to bed early (8pm) slept solidly for about 4 hours and am awake now, full of the joys of spring! I have had the privilege of watching Pam work several times now and the passion and concentration she puts into her work is a joy to behold. When in today's marketplace, many people are out to make a quick buck then walk away, to see someone offer quality work at a very reasonable price is a refreshing change. Thank you Pam, you were great!

  I have been to pam 4 times now and im completely hooked on reflexology! cant think of a better way to unwind and relax. Pam is so lovely and works wonders on your feet! She gives great advice for a healthier lifestyle and really knows her stuff! Its so interesting listening to what she finds out just from your feet! (quite scary sometimes! haha) I am most relaxed and chilled after a session with Pam. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Definitely worth a try. Her treatment room is beautiful too!   Since I have been having reflex, my stress levels have come down, I'm sleeping better and also just feeling 100% more on top of things. Not only is it a fantastic treatment Pam has also given lots of good eating advice. I'm always looking forward to my next treatment.

  Wow what a fantastic treatment as ever. I had really bad stressy pain in my shoulders beforehand but thankfully the treatment today has made it go. I think I fell asleep for a couple of minutes too! Thank you Pam!
